Restaurant Manager North End Kitchen & Bar Roswell, GA 30075 Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our casual dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for excellent customer service, and a proven track record in restaurant management. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests while effectively managing staff and operations. Duties Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to standards of service and quality. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to maintain an efficient team. Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting. Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food cost controls. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment. Foster a positive work atmosphere that encourages teamwork and employee engagement. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure timely food preparation and presentation standards are met. Utilize POS systems for order processing and sales tracking. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Experience in shift management and supervising staff effectively. Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial reporting practices. Knowledge of kitchen management practices, including food safety regulations. Familiarity with bartending operations is a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to motivate a team.
