The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires effective leadership skills, a keen understanding of restaurant operations, and the ability to manage both front-of-house and back-of-house activities efficiently. Responsibilities Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring a high standard of service and food quality. Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and financial reporting. Coordinate food preparation and production processes to maintain consistency and quality. Monitor inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels. Train, supervise, and mentor staff to foster a positive work environment and enhance team performance. Implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant. Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly. Collaborate with the bar team to optimize beverage offerings and enhance guest experiences. Experience Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry. Strong knowledge of casual dining operations, including food production techniques and hospitality management principles. Familiarity with Aloha POS systems or similar point-of-sale technology is preferred. Demonstrated ability in cash handling, inventory control, and staff management. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
