General Manager Marco’s Pizza Grayson, GA 30017 ## Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, hotel operations, and possess excellent leadership skills. ## Duties

• Manage all aspects of the business, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Oversee inventory management and ordering to meet customer demand
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction
• Coordinate catering services and special events
• Handle cash transactions and monitor financial reports
• Train and mentor assistant managers and shift leaders ## Skills
• Proven experience in food handling, food service management, and coffee industry
• Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and inventory management
• Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team building and staff development
