The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in the food industry, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service and maintains high standards of food quality and safety. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, coordinating food production, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of staff members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork. Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly in food handling and preparation. Coordinate food production processes to maintain quality standards while optimizing efficiency. Develop and implement training programs for staff on food service management, customer service, and operational procedures. Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and satisfaction. Collaborate with bartending staff to ensure beverage service meets guest expectations in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in accordance with hospitality management standards. Requirements Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the food industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Knowledge of food handling practices, cooking techniques, and food production processes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with bartending practices is preferred but not required.
