We are looking for Restaurant AssistantManagers (RAM)to join our team. Our restaurants are staffed withamazing people, and we are looking for more. The RAM supports theRestaurant General Manager in their efforts to develop a team ofdedicated people, delivering great and friendly guest experiencesand producing top line sales. They do this by learning, managingand teaching restaurant systems effectively to achieve goals,develop people and provide excellent service. RAM’s bonus onperformance, both operationally and financially.

Position Duties:

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Train and coach the team.
• Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems torun a great restaurant every shift, every day.
• Implementrestaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
• Set and meetrestaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
• Meet all operational standards, including speed of service, foodsafety and cleanliness.
• Meet positive food and labor variance andtake appropriate action to improve results.
• Maintain a clean andsafe working environment.
• Work all shifts (breakfast, lunch,dinner, late night & weekends) as required by the business.
• Setan example by maintaining an excellent working knowledge and highlevel of proficiency in restaurant operations.
• Provide coachingand feedback to the team.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solvingskills.
• Follow all government regulations, employment laws, foodsafety and operations policies and implement all accountingcontrols.
• Any / all other duties as assigned by the RestaurantGeneral Manager (RGM).

Position Requirements:

• 1-3 year ofsupervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to perform underpressure in a high-volume setting
• Must have reliable vehicle andvalid driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years of age &authorized to work in the US
