Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age 1+ years of restaurant, food service, hospitality, retail, or related management experience High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience; Associate’s degree preferred Valid driver’s license with liability insurance, a good driving record and a satisfactory background check is required Recruiting, interviewing, and training staff to follow restaurant procedures Supervising daily shift operations, including front- and back-of-house restaurant operations Organizing schedules, keeping track of employees’ hours and recording payroll data Knowledge of back-of-house systems, point-of-sale systems, restaurant operating systems, budgetary concepts and procedures, performance review process and more Food Handlers Certification Food Safety Certification (requirement may vary based on city, county or state) Whataburger is more than a fast food burger chain.
