Hungry Station – Hiring Hourly Manager Hungry Station McDonough, GA 30253 The Hourly Manager at Hungry Station , under the supervision of a salaried manager, is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating daily operations and non-management team members in the restaurant. In the absence of a salaried manager, the Hourly Manager leads the restaurant to ensure compliance with concept, health and safety standards, team performance, and profit goals. This role also supports salaried managers in all aspects of store operations, including profitability, inventory control, labor, compliance, and special projects as assigned. As an Hourly Manager, your duties include: Supporting salaried managers in monitoring all areas of restaurant operations to ensure safety, food quality, and excellent customer service Demonstrating strong business acumen by helping to drive sales and improve profitability Maintaining consistent execution and high-level guest service across the restaurant Recruiting, training, developing, mentoring, motivating, and coaching team members to build a high-performance team and reduce turnover Acting as a role model for outstanding guest service Monitoring equipment condition, performing routine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure efficient operation and reduce cost Maintaining financial accountability and proper operational records

Desired Work Experience:

Minimum 3 years of hourly supervisor experience Full-service or casual dining background strongly preferred Strong customer service orientation Team-building and leadership experience Hands-on experience in both

FOH and BOH Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
