POSITION OBJECTIVE

Chicken Salad Chick is seeking a high-capacity, guest-focused General Manager to lead its flagship location in Warner Robins, GA. This leader will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations while developing and empowering the next generation of leaders. The ideal candidate will embody “Chickness”—a term they use to describe someone who idles on happy, is passionate about their work, and energizes the team around them. This role offers the opportunity to lead a talented, mostly tenured team in a high-volume location, driving both operational excellence and a joyful guest experience.

POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure company brand standards are met in service, food, and cleanliness
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of 50+ team members Develop, train, and retain subordinate managers and shift leads
  • Maintain target
KPIs:

Food cost (≤29.8%), Labor cost (≤21%), and Customer satisfaction score (≥80%)

  • Manage inventory, labor, and scheduling with precision and foresight
  • Promote a culture of accountability, communication, and joy
  • Oversee hiring and onboarding of new team members and leaders
  • Lead by example on the floor during peak hours (80% ops, 20% admin) Conduct weekly inventories, manage food/produce ordering
  • Maintain health inspection scores (96+), Steritech score (≤12), and drive-thru times (≤2:50)
  • Strategically plan to increase sales and improve operational systems
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Background & Experience

  • 3-5 years of restaurant or retail management experience required
  • Comfortable managing high-volume, fast-paced environments with grace
  • ServSafe Manager Certification required Education
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Leadership Qualities
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Emotionally intelligent and decisive under pressure
  • Energetic and enthusiastic; “Idles on happy”
