Responsibilities Lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth. Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including kitchen management, inventory control, and staff training. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and dining areas. Utilize POS systems for efficient order management and reporting. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business. Coordinate banquet services and special events, ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures to maximize profitability. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution that enhances guest experience. Requirements Proven experience in team management within a quick service fast food restaurant or similar environment. Strong background in kitchen management with knowledge of food safety standards. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred. Excellent hospitality management skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to train staff effectively while promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
