ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS
History of success in developing high-performing teams Full-service restaurant manager experience of at least five years in a high-volume corporate structure A Strong leader with a good head on their shoulders Good work tenure, no more than two jobs in the last five years Experience working in a full-service restaurant with high alcohol sales Must have at least $4 MM sales volume experience Must be able to train away from your home market for up to 8 weeks
