Ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently; planning and organizing production schedules. assessing project and resource requirements. Organize and facilitate job trainings to team members to achieve production goals.

Schedule12:30pm-11pm Monday-Friday with the possibility for overtime on the weekends.
