Frosty’s Sno Shak is looking for an Assistant Manager who’s ready to help lead our team and keep the good vibes going all summer long! We’re seeking someone who’s dependable, self-driven, and loves working with people. This isn’t just about making sno cones (though that’s definitely part of the fun)—it’s about helping our team thrive, delivering great customer experiences, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading by example: supporting, training, and coaching team members on the floor Assisting with employee scheduling, shift management, and ensuring shifts are covered Supporting the hiring process, including interviews and onboarding new team members Maintaining high standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer service Stepping in wherever needed—from making sno cones to handling customer concerns Keeping things upbeat, even on the busiest days—because positivity is contagious!
