Assistant Manager Don Juanz Baja Beach Tacos 1409 E 70th St Ste 101A, Shreveport, LA 71105 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager to join our fast casual restaurant team at both our Shreveport and Bossier City locations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the restaurant manager in daily operations, ensuring that our establishment runs smoothly and efficiently. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent time management, flexibility to work at multiple locations, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Duties Oversee daily operations, including assigning tasks, and leading team efforts Support managers in organizing٫ planning and implementing strategy Organize and complete daily activities and ensure schedules and objectives are met Interact with customers and learn their needs and specifications Manage٫ supervise and support the personnel Monitor operating costs٫ budgets and resources Manage recruitment process and training & development Ensure adherence to company’s policies and guidelines •

Employee Management:

Great communication skills Training, and developing new employees. Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts. Managing labor costs

Customer Service:

Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer complaints. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Operations and Budget:

Monitoring operating costs and identifying areas for improvement. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Other Duties:

Managing inventory and ensuring product availability. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Provide guidance and support to employees, ensuring they are performing to expectations and achieving company goals. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Experience At least one to two years of employment with (1) one past employer (LOYALTY + STABILITY = SUCCESS) Willing to work in a fast-paced restaurant Restaurant or hospitality industry a plus Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus Be flexible to work both locations (Shreveport/Bossier).
