Summary of Position:
Direct, coordinate,implement & manage the planning, organizing, training, andleadership necessary to achieve identified objectives/goals forsales, cost controls, employee hiring/training/retention, guestservice/satisfaction, product quality, and cleanliness/sanitation.
This position is responsible for ensuring adherence & compliancewith all standards of operating a CSC location.
Duties ℜsponsibilities: Three years of proven restaurant General Managerexperience. Serve as a Brand Ambassador for Chicken Salad Chick. Understand & adhere to all policies, procedures, standards,specifications, guidelines, and training programs. Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive,friendly, and courteous service. Ensure that all products are consistently prepared and servedaccording to CSC standards. Achieve identified objectives for sales, service, quality,appearance of facility, and sanitation and cleanliness throughtraining of employees and creating a positive, productive workingenvironment. Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handlingand reconciliation procedures. Make employment and termination decisions. Operationally fill in as needed to ensure guest servicestandards and efficient operations. Continually strive to develop staff in all areas of managerialand professional development. Prepare all required paperwork, forms, and reports in anorganized and timely manner. Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and in excellentworking condition through personal inspection and by following therestaurant’s preventative maintenance programs. Ensure that all products are received in correct unit count andcondition and deliveries are performed in accordance with therestaurant’s receiving policies and procedures. Oversee and ensure that employee performance appraisals arecompleted on a timely basis. Effectively maximize labor performance by scheduling tobusiness trends while delivering a superb experience to each andevery guest. Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel andadminister prompt, fair, and consistent corrective action forviolations of company policies, rules, and procedures. Understand and comply with all federal, state, county, andmunicipal regulations pertaining to health, safety, and laborrequirements for the restaurant, employees, and guests. Develop, plan, and implement restaurant marketing, advertising,and promotional activities and campaigns in accordance with theBrand Standards. Always adhere to Brand Standards for uniform appearance andpersonal grooming.
