We are looking for Restaurant AssistantManagers (RAM)to join our team. Our restaurants are staffed withamazing people, and we are looking for more. The RAM supports theRestaurant General Manager in their efforts to develop a team ofdedicated people, delivering great and friendly guest experiencesand producing top line sales. They do this by learning, managingand teaching restaurant systems effectively to achieve goals,develop people and provide excellent service. RAM bonus onperformance, both operationally and financially.
Position Duties:
- Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfiedguests.
- Train and coach the team.
- Utilize GPS HospitalitySystems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day.
- Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
- Setand meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financialresults.
- Meet all operational standards, including speed ofservice, food safety and cleanliness.
- Meet positive food and laborvariance and take appropriate action to improve results.
- Maintaina clean and safe working environment.
- Work all shifts (breakfast,lunch, dinner, late night & weekends) as required by the business.
- Set an example by maintaining an excellent working knowledge andhigh level of proficiency in restaurant operations.
- Providecoaching and feedback to the team.
- Demonstrate strongproblem-solving skills.
- Follow all government regulations,employment laws, food safety and operations policies and implementall accounting controls.
- Any / all other duties as assigned by theRestaurant General Manager (RGM).
Position Requirements:
- 1-3 yearof supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to perform underpressure in a high-volume setting
- Must have reliable vehicle andvalid driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years of age &authorized to work in the US
