Requirements:

Responsibilities and Duties Responsible for the entire Café operations Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner Complete knowledge of menu items and daily specials Process food sales using the cash register and POS machine Cafe opening and closing duties of food preparation and cleaning Maintain a clean dining area and drink bar throughout the day Cook and prepare menu and daily special items Abide by all standards established by the ServSafe for Food Protection Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns Monitor food supplies and order replacement items as needed Develop and maintain the menu Order all food and other products from the food service provider Supervise other employees in the Café Review food costs, and recommend pricing to the General Manager Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, including but not limited to: Must be able to lift 25 pounds Stand to greet customers during verbal exchanges, walk throughout the facility to interact with customers Possible exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a non-exempt position. Expected work schedule will be 40 hours per week. Travel No travel is expected for this position.
