Job Description:
Chick-fil-A at Lakeside Shopping Center is seeking a dynamic and motivated Front of House Manager to lead our team of dedicated front-line staff. As a Front of House Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, and creating a positive dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead and inspire a team of front-line employees ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to Chick-fil-A standards.
Customer Service:
Oversee the customer service experience, address guest inquiries, and resolve any issues to ensure that every guest leaves satisfied.
Shift Management:
Efficiently manage daily shifts, including employee scheduling, break rotations, and overseeing daily operations to meet service standards.
Training:
Train and develop front-line staff on Chick-fil-A procedures, service protocols, and uphold our Second Mile Service commitment.
Quality Control:
Ensure the quality, consistency, and presentation of all menu items, maintain cleanliness, and uphold food safety standards.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies, place orders as needed, and maintain optimal stock levels.
Financial Accountability:
Responsible for cash handling, POS system management, and daily financial reconciliations.
Qualifications:
Prior management experience in a quick-service or fast-food restaurant is preferred. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure. High energy and a positive attitude. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
