You will be joining a team of experienced qualified professionals, responsible for providing customers with a classic New Orleans dining experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all FOH staff Oversee guest services and resolve issues Attend weekly meetings to discuss upcoming business needs Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations ​

Qualifications:

Previous fine dining experience Strong leadership qualities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high volume environment Excellent written and communication skills Strong attention to detail Duties Supervise and coordinate front of house staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours. Oversee customer service standards, addressing any guest concerns promptly and effectively. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Implement strategies to enhance guest experience and increase customer satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in supervising staff within a fine dining environment. Strong shift management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in POS systems and cash handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in training development and staff training initiatives. Background in restaurant management is required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
