The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, food service, and training development. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations while ensuring a high-quality experience for our guests. Duties Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring adherence to company standards in hospitality and food management. Lead and mentor staff, including training development for team members in all areas of service, and kitchen operations. Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment to ensure efficient food service. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and fine dining experiences. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency. Prepare reports on operational performance, staffing needs, and financial metrics for upper management. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience as a restaurant GM Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field, with a strong emphasis on food service operations. Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role within the restaurant or hotel industry is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of fine dining standards and practices is highly desirable.
