Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process to build a strong team. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the food service environment. Collaborate with culinary teams to maintain menu quality and innovation. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role within the food service industry. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and culinary techniques. Familiarity with Aloha POS systems or similar point-of-sale technology is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to train and motivate staff effectively. Experience in inventory control management is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Bartending experience is advantageous but not required.
