The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in bartending, food management, and team leadership. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing bar staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Duties Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to health and safety regulations. Train, mentor, and manage bar staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Develop and implement innovative drink menus that align with our culinary offerings. Maintain inventory control by ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service between the bar and dining areas. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction. Utilize Aloha POS system for efficient order processing and sales tracking. Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new bar staff as needed. Requirements Proven experience in bartending or as an Assistant Manager in a hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of food management practices and casual dining operations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred. Culinary skills or experience as a cook is a plus but not required. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
