The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and food service management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, developing training programs, and ensuring that our bar meets the highest standards of quality and service. Duties Manage daily bar operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction. Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment. Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills in cocktail preparation, customer service, and product knowledge. Maintain inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Create innovative drink menus that align with seasonal trends and customer preferences. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the bar area. Assist in planning and executing banquets or special events involving bar services. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Experience Proven experience in a bar management or supervisory role within the food service industry, preferably in fine dining establishments. Strong understanding of beverage trends, mixology, and customer service best practices. Experience in training development and staff training to enhance team performance. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
