Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Operations Direct all daily front and back-of-house operations with energy, precision, and consistency Hire, train, supervise, and inspire a team of 15+ employees Set and maintain a positive, upbeat, and respectful work culture Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor standards Maintain optimal labor costs and SPLH (Sales per Labor Hour) Menu Development & Costing Collaborate with ownership and kitchen leaders to update and innovate brunch and breakfast menu items Conduct full menu costing and pricing to ensure ideal food cost percentages Work with vendors (e.g., US Foods, PFG) to manage inventory, reduce waste, and ensure ingredient quality and consistency Brand & Guest Experience Uphold the Biscuits & Buns brand through aesthetic and experience (fun, welcoming, Instagrammable) Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues quickly with professionalism and warmth Ensure food quality and presentation align with brand standards Support special events, promotions, and seasonal offerings Business Growth & Strategy Help develop and execute strategies for increasing traffic, ticket averages, and local engagement Analyze sales reports and customer data to identify trends and growth opportunities Work with ownership on marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, loyalty programs, and partnerships Help expand community presence through festivals, pop-ups, or off-site activations Financial Accountability Oversee daily cash handling, deposits, and accurate reporting Review P&L statements with ownership to identify opportunities for profitability Manage budgets for labor, repairs, supplies, and smallwares

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years in a general management or upper restaurant leadership role (preferably in a brunch or casual dining setting) Strong experience in menu costing , inventory management, and P&L analysis Proven ability to lead and develop a team with respect, energy, and high standards Comfortable with technology (POS systems, scheduling tools, spreadsheets) Creative thinker with a passion for growing a brand and shaping a guest-focused experience
