Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations in both the kitchen and front-of-house Manage and support staff, including scheduling and team development Conduct interviews and assist with hiring Train new employees on systems, procedures, and policies Perform weekly inventory and manage supply ordering Assist with off-site catering events Work 30-35 hours per week consistently
