The Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency while ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation in accordance with health and safety regulations. Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity. Ensure effective use of POS systems for order processing and inventory management. Collaborate with kitchen management to optimize food production processes.
