General Manager Squeezy Fresh Destrehan, LA 70047 Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.

• Coordinate and manage daily front and back of house operations.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Train new employees on proper customer service practices and food/drink preparations.
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
• Control operational costs.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Hiring and onboarding new staff members.
• Ordering Inventory.
• Scheduling shifts in accordance with customer flow labor objectives.
