What You’ll Do:

Support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence. Provide hands-on, direct care support to the adult individuals in our care. This may include bathing help and toileting. Work closely with the Program Coordinator to oversee daily program operations. Train and mentor staff, serving as a role model for best practices. Assist in developing and implementing Individualized Support Plans (ISPs) and clinical programs. Ensure a positive, structured, and engaging environment for residents. Work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends to meet program needs.

What We’re Looking For:

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred but not required). 1+ year of experience in a residential program setting. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills . Passion for helping individuals with disabilities live their best lives!
