Food Service Manager Familysubs LLC East Falmouth, MA 02536 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality food and service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service. Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Oversee inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste. Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations. Train, mentor, and supervise staff to foster a positive work environment. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu offerings. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting processes. Experience Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the casual dining or hotel industry. Strong knowledge of culinary practices, kitchen operations, and food handling standards. Experience with inventory control systems and cost management. Previous experience supervising staff in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Familiarity with catering services and coffee shop operations is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead by example.
