Resturant Manager Soprano’s Ristorante Mashpee, MA 02649 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and food service, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring quality food production, and maintaining high standards of service in both the dining area and bar. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to health and safety regulations. Manage and train staff, including assistant managers, cooks, and servers, fostering a positive team environment. Oversee food production processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently. Coordinate banquet services and special events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Maintain inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies; place orders as necessary. Develop training programs for staff to enhance skills in hospitality and customer service. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction. Monitor financial performance through budgeting and cost control measures. Experience Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food service operations, including bar management and banquet coordination. Experience in team management with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively. Familiarity with food production processes and standards is essential. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Previous experience as an assistant manager or in training development is a plus.
