Our team brings warmth, creativity, and consistency to every shift . Job Summary We’re seeking a dynamic Front of House Manager who can lead our guest-focused, fast-paced dining environment. You’ll ensure our tables, bar, and service operate seamlessly, enhancing patron satisfaction and supporting our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Training:
Supervise, train, and mentor hosts, servers, bar staff, and runners to maintain polished, consistent service.
Guest Experience Management:
Take charge of reservations (Resy), seating flow, and wait-list systems to maximize guest comfort and efficiency. Professionally handle feedback and ensure full follow-up.
Service Standards Oversight:
Drive service excellence through routine coaching, regular performance feedback, and visible leadership on the floor.
Operations & Coordination:
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to synchronize service and uphold timing standards. Oversee opening and closing duties, cash handling, and daily reporting.
Environment Management:
Uphold District’s inviting ambiance—spotless dining areas, thoughtful table settings, and vibrant bar display.
Staff Administration:
Manage hiring, staff scheduling, and performance reviews; ensure adherence to MA labor laws and internal protocols.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Maintain rigorous hygiene and safety standards in line with health codes. Qualifications 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial FOH role, preferably in contemporary American restaurants. Deep understanding of POS systems, reservation platforms (e.g., Resy/OpenTable), and operational best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. High energy and passion for hospitality, with strong attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:
