The Goat is looking for a Kitchen Manager/AKM for our Newburyport location You must be able to excel in a fast paced, busy kitchen. No task is beneath you Tasks include, but are not limited to: Scheduling Quality Control Team Development You will be: Supervising kitchen staff Organising food orders Overseeing food preparation Cooking and examining food plating and temperatures Ordering food and overseeing food deliveries Creating menus Monitoring staff scheduling Managing food storage standards Driving guest satisfaction through quality control and efficiency If you love a challenge and want to be a part of something great then set up a time to hear what we have to offer.
