General Manager Position Available In Middlesex, Massachusetts

General Manager The Farmer’s Daughter Sudbury, MA 01776 Independent restaurant group is seeking a General Manager who is passionate about food and service. We are looking for individuals with an enthusiasm for crafting memorable experiences for our guests as well as a fun and vibrant environment for our staff. A few of your responsibilities would include:

• the smooth function of the entire dining room, ensuring that all guests’ expectations are met or exceeded in accordance with our standards
• supervising staff and stations throughout the dining room and restaurant, managing communication between the front desk, kitchen and tables.
• Ongoing training and development for all FOH positions to maximize potential, while organizing and supervising staff schedules, side-work, cleanliness of dining rooms/facilities as well as the bar
• Overseeing the management team and for the overall success of the restaurant and future return of each guest Some requests:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant management. Preferably previous General Manager experience.
• Must fully understand the concept of hospitality and be able to engage guests and staff in a courteous and professional manner
• Have a strong sense of urgency and organizational skills
