Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager White Cliffs Country Club 1 Eastcliff Drive, Plymouth, MA 02360 We are seeking an
EXPERIENCED BANQUET SOUS CHEF
to round out our team. Fast-paced, positive working environment in a very busy a la carte restaurant and wedding/banquet facility. You are a reliable hard working leader, want to do a good job and have a great attitude! Responsible for food production needed to execute banquet functions, events and private parties. Achieves established menu quality standards and works to exceed member and guest expectations. Accountable for all food costs for banquet functions. Supervise production personnel used for banquet events. Assist À la Carte Sous Chef with Executive Chef’s responsibilities during the latter’s absence, including working the line as needed. Works closely with the Sales, Event and Restaurant Managers to plan, organize and produce a variety of high quality, creative events, including wedding receptions, member socials, golf and tennis tournaments, Holiday buffets and other special occasions. The right candidate will have excellent culinary experience and ability to cook a variety of different cuisine. Lead Line Cook, Sous Chef, Chef Garde Manger or Pantry experience is a plus. Must be able to multi-task and communicate effectively on the line with co-workers. and fellow managers. Join our team and grow with us!
