Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager White Cliffs Country Club 1 Eastcliff Drive, Plymouth, MA 02360 We are seeking a passionate and talented Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team at White Cliffs Country Club, a premier private country club and residential community offering upscale dining and elegant event experiences. The Executive Chef will be responsible for all kitchen operations, from menu creation to team leadership, ensuring exceptional, consistent food quality and presentation across all outlets. Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute creative, seasonal menus and daily specials for the member Dining Room & Bar, in addition to all banquets, meetings and weddings. Produce a variety of dishes that can satisfy a wide range of tastes, from hot dogs to haute cuisine and everything in between, including classic comfort foods and elaborate holiday buffet offerings. Stay ahead of industry trends and guest preferences, incorporating innovative techniques and local, fresh ingredients. Hire, train and develop culinary team members and ensure a poistive working environment Supervise all Kitchen personnel and ensure consistency in quality and execution for plated dinners, buffets, and passed hors d’oeuvres for all events. Oversee inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships to maintain high quality and cost efficiency in order to meet financial tragets. Monitor food and labor costs, ensuring adherence to budget without compromising standards. Work closely with the Catering Sales, Event and Food & Beverage Managers to plan, organize and produce a variety of high quality, creative events, including wedding receptions, member socials, golf and tennis tournaments, Holiday buffets and other special occasions. Ensure rigorous adherence to local and state health & sanitation regulations. Multi-task and communicate effectively on the line with co-workers, fellow managers and club members.
