Here on the South Shore each of our restaurants are located in a close knit community with many loyal customers. We are in our 50th year so we have a SOLID foundation for you to put down some roots and help us grow. THREE V is our newest concept and appeals to a whole new audience. Live music, creative food and drink menus, an outdoor food truck each summer(right on the water), Sunday brunch and functions. Bring your culinary experience and lead by example leadership to help lead our loyal and hard working Three V Kitchen Staff. Step up to make each shift a successful one over and over! We need a CAN DO attitude and passion for food and hospitality. Inventory, Scheduling, Ordering, as well as keeping an organized and well run kitchen. NO clipboard Management needed, we need you be able jump on the line at anytime, part of a TEAM.

The right candidate must:

Have kitchen leadership experience as a supervisor or manager, sous chef or chef for at least 2 YEARS. Have worked in a full service restaurant kitchen for a minimum of 3 YEARS Have the ability to cook and work on the kitchen line when needed Be a hard worker with a great attitude, lead by example! Have knowledge of purchasing, par levels, and completing inventory Have knowledge of cost control, managing and improving food cost.
