Responsibilites L eadership & Team Oversight Serve as a primary point of contact for both staff and customers Café & Espresso Bar Operations Oversee daily café operations and barista team Support the creation and execution of seasonal menu specials Ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency across all service points Manage inventory and place weekly orders (coffee, café supplies, etc.) Kitchen & Catering Operations Coordinate with kitchen team for café and catering prep and presentation Manage catering orders, timelines, and delivery logistics Maintain catering inventory and assist in sourcing ingredients and packaging Represent the business at off-site catering events as needed Food Safety & Systems Uphold food safety, allergen awareness, and proper labeling protocols Maintain accurate inventory through Square POS system Assist in cost control and vendor management Mentor and support front- and back-of-house teams, promoting a collaborative and high-performing culture Assist in scheduling, training, and performance management Help develop and maintain service and hospitality standards Qualifications Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or catering leadership Experience managing both

operations Strong organizational and time management skills Familiarity with Square POS (or similar system) A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach Creative flair for food and drink presentation
