Position Overview:

As the Assistant General Manager, you’ll partner with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure top-notch customer experiences, and support team development. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to upholding high standards for food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to meet company standards
• Lead, coach, and train staff to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency
• Oversee inventory management, food safety compliance, and cost control
• Assist with staff scheduling, hiring, and performance management
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
• Ensure the restaurant environment is clean, safe, and welcoming

Qualifications:

• Experience in quick service or fast casual restaurant management preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
