CPG manufacturer based south of Boston is seeking an East CoastTerritory Manager to join their foodservice division. This rolewill be fully remote and manaage a network of distributor andbroker accounts. Client Details A mission-driven, farmer-owned CPGmanufacturer is seeking a Division Manager, Foodservice to helplead growth across a high-priority national channel. Description Lead and execute division-level growth strategiesacross broadline and regional foodservice distribution Manage anddevelop broker partners, field teams, and key distributor HQrelationships Collaborate on national joint business planning andstrategic contract negotiations with top distribution partners(Sysco, US Foods, GFS, PFG, etc.) Analyze and translatedistributor-specific data into strategic, actionable sales plansDeliver on financial targets through optimized trade management andmargin performance Lead market planning, sales training, andtrimester business planning for regional broker teams Represent theorganization at customer meetings, broker visits, and industryevents (~25% travel) Collaborate cross-functionally in a highlymatrixed environment (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain)Contribute to strategic planning, including digital shelfcompliance and category insights Support deduction management andcommercial compliance in partnership with brokers Profile 8 yearsof foodservice manufacturer sales experience, including distributorand broker experience Hunting sales/business development experienceProven track record in national contract negotiation Deep knowledgeof food & beverage distributor structures, pricing strategies,trade funding, and industry trends High initiative and comfort inambiguous or build-from-scratch environments Skilled in financialplanning, conflict resolution, and cross-functional collaborationAdvanced communication skills with strong presence across alloperator segments Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge oftools like Power BI, Blacksmith, Tibersoft a plus Bachelor’s degreein Business, Marketing, or related field required Job Offer Day-onehealth, dental, vision, and wellness coverage Generous 401(k) matchwith additional annual contribution potential Paid vacation and 12paid holidays per year Parental, adoption, bereavement, and back-upfamily care support Tuition reimbursement and career developmentprograms Fitness and wellness reimbursement programs MPI does notdiscriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexualorientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age,disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on anindividual’s status in any group or class protected by applicablefederal, state or local law.
