Your Role As an Assistant Manager you’ll be the right-hand hero to the Restaurant Manager, ensuring smooth operations and upholding Dunkin’ Brands and Company standards. From coaching and motivating your crew to delivering top-tier guest experiences, you’ll play a key role in making our restaurant a place where both customers and employees love to be. Ensure compliance will all applicable laws, Brand standards and Company values Lead by Example•Support the team in delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service, following the Six Steps of Service. Train and develop a team capable of delivering a great guest experience Motivate the team to achieve defined goals & targets Work with the Manager to find new, creative ways to boost sales and guest loyalty. Cover for the Manager on days off and vacations
