Front of House Manager Position Available In Worcester, Massachusetts

Front of House Manager Cold Harbor Brewing Company 66 Otis Street, Westborough, MA 01581 Cold Harbor Brewing Company is a family-owned, community focused brew pub in Westborough MA . Our bar, restaurant and patio seats approximately 250 guests, which includes a 100 seat private event space for functions and parties. We are seeking an experienced food service professional who will manage the day-day operations of the restaurant and bar. This position is part of the quarterly bonus pool, as well as the annual bonus.

OVERVIEW

The FOH Manager will be involved in all facets of the floor and bar, including hiring, scheduling, training, organization and housekeeping. The FOH Manager will work closely with our Executive Chef and Bar Manager. Must be able to communicate effectively in both an effort to deliver an outstanding experience to all of our guests and in creating a high-focused, team-oriented work environment.

Position Requirements:

Experience as a shift/floor manager in a casual dining restaurant. Strong leadership, interpersonal and team building skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Passion and commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities Oversee daily FOH operations to ensure a great guest experience and efficient food service. Train and supervise staff to enhance team performance and service quality. Scheduling. Maintain a housekeeping regimen. Maintain effective communication with team members and management to address operational challenges. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food service areas. Manage cash handling and POS operations.

$65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
