• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager / Cooks / Bakers and Support Staff to oversee the daily operations of our establishment.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and being very dependable.

• Responsibilities
• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Lead and supervise staff, fostering a positive team environment and encouraging professional development.
• Oversee kitchen management, including food preparation, inventory control, and quality assurance.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive repeat business.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure beverage offerings meet customer expectations.
• Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Requirements
• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within quick service fast food or casual dining environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
• Knowledge of kitchen management practices and food safety standards.
• Familiarity with coffee preparation and bar operations is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not required.
