Bar Manager 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 72 Commercial Street, Portland, ME 04101 We are looking for a vibrant personality to join our team in Rí Rá Portland as a Bar Manager. This person will have a passion for all things alcohol inspired and a desire to build on our locally driven lineup. 2+ years of bartending and bar supervisory experience is required for this position. We will be conducting “on the spot” interviews in the Portland pub (72 Commercial Street) on Thursday 6/19, Friday 6/20 and Saturday 6/21. The successful applicant should have experience in the following areas of responsibility:

• Product Ordering
• Bi-weekly inventory (experience with an inventory management system is preferred)
• Developing cocktail menus
• Curating beer and wine menus
• Bar Prep / Cleanliness Standards / Organization
• Maintaining budget targets (full P&L understanding is preferred)
• Meeting/exceeding health and safety guidelines
• Delegating tasks among bar staff
• Weekly meetings with members of management This position comes with a highly competitive salary.
