We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Convenience Store Manager to lead daily operations at our busy retail location, which features a full-service food counter including fresh pizza, sandwiches, bakery items, and hot food. This role combines retail management with food service oversight, offering a dynamic opportunity to grow with a locally trusted brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations, including retail, food service, ordering and staffing Supervise and train team members on food preparation (pizza, bakery, hot food) Ensure compliance with health, food safety, and sanitation standards Manage inventory and vendor orders for both retail and food items Maintain high standards for cleanliness, merchandising, and customer service Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner Prepare schedules, manage payroll, and monitor labor costs Track sales and food performance to meet financial goals

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of management experience in retail or food service Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Proficient with POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Why Join Us?
