  • Minimum 3 years of

  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility

  • Oversee all daily operations for conference and camp services, with a strong focus on planning, logistics, and client satisfaction
  • Coordinate directly with campus partners, departments, and external clients to design and execute events
  • Collaborate with UMaine Dining to provide tailored catering and dining options for conference and event guests
  • Lead and mentor a team of salaried and hourly employees, including oversight of student and seasonal staff
  • Manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring AMV of ~$10M
  • Implement systems for operational efficiency, compliance, and service consistency
  • Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction across all event services
  • Identify growth opportunities and process improvements to enhance overall service delivery.
