Job Description
Are you looking to join a new team? Our customer in Hallowell, Maine is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join their busy, fun, dynamic team! Duties will include but are not limited to:
Run the kitchen and manage inventory, waste, food cost, staff, and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed. To assist in menu decisions and set standards, policies, and procedures to ensure that the kitchen meets all standards of federal, state, and company policies.
This is a full time, temp to hire assignment. Night & Weekends required.
$20-$23/Hour DOE
