Role:
As our Deli Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of the deli department—including food preparation, inventory, staff supervision, customer service, and compliance with food safety standards. Your leadership will ensure a clean, well-stocked, and customer-focused deli experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and schedule deli staff to meet performance and service standards Manage inventory, ordering, and waste control to optimize costs Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues quickly and professionally Monitor sales and work with upper management to meet department goals
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of deli or food service management experience Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Knowledge of food safety practices and local health regulations Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
