American Dream Restaurants, a proud Pizza Hut franchisee, is searching for a highly motivated Multi-Unit General Manager. This role is perfect for experienced leaders who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about mentoring teams and driving operational success.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee Multiple Locations:
Manage a primary “home” store while overseeing an additional store, dividing your schedule between both locations to ensure seamless operations.
Provide Flexible Coverage:
Step in to fill General Manager or Assistant Manager roles where staffing needs arise.
Train and Develop Leaders:
Facilitate training for newly hired managers and lead company training initiatives to ensure consistency and growth across all locations.
Support District Leadership:
Partner with District Managers to identify opportunities, implement strategies, and maintain operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
Driving Requirements:
A clean driver’s license with a maximum of 3 points and no recent accidents.
Schedule Flexibility:
Ability to work up to 50 hours per week, including late nights (up to midnight) and weekends.
Leadership Experience:
Proven track record in restaurant or multi-unit management with strong organizational and communication skills.
Adaptability and Mobility:
Willingness to travel between locations, with mileage reimbursement provided when not working at your designated “home” location.
