Job Description
Floor Manager Crew OGT 8 Shore Road, Ogunquit, ME 03907 Crew, located in the heart of Ogunquit, is looking for an experienced and energetic Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house team during the bustling summer and fall seasons. This is a key leadership role focused on delivering excellent service and creating a smooth, welcoming experience for our guests.
Position Details:
Full-time Floor Manager from Memorial Day Weekend through
Indigenous Peoples Day Weekend Compensation:
$1,500/week during this peak season
Off-Season Role:
Mix of managing and serving shifts
Pay:
$15/hour + tips during serving shifts Totaling up to $75,000.00 a year
Responsibilities:
Oversee front-of-house operations and staff Ensure high-quality guest experiences Train and support team members Work closely with the FOH manager, and bar manager to maintain efficiency
