Manager Country store and Deli Cape Porpoise Kitchen 1 Mills Road, Kennebunkport, ME 04046 Job Overview Cape Porpoise Kitchen is seeking a skilled Manager to oversee our Store and Deli operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail store and/or Deli management. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily store and deli operations, including food preparation, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory
- Train and develop deli staff to deliver high-quality service and uphold food safety standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality Skills
- Experience in retail management, restaurant ,catering, or related field
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Proficiency in food handling procedures and sanitation standards

$70,000.00
- $75,000.
