As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving the success of the restaurant. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance management. Implement effective staff training programs to enhance team skills and ensure compliance with company standards. Manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain processes to maintain optimal stock levels. Ensure high standards of food quality and safety are maintained at all times. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement. Supervise daily activities to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that arise promptly. Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems effectively for transaction processing and reporting. Drive customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing customer feedback. Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for growth and improvement. Skills Proven experience in quick service fast food restaurant management or similar environments. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and staff development. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers. Proficiency in food service management practices, including health regulations and safety standards. Experience with supervising staff in a high-volume setting. Familiarity with POS systems and their operational functionalities. A background in fine dining is a plus but not required. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve conflicts professionally.
