The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of customer service, and maximizing profitability. As the Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of the the operations, including food and beverage. You will also be responsible for managing and motivating a team of employees to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
